Heard learned counsel for petitioners who fairly refer to that efficacy of present writ petition has been wiped out with further developments taking place in the suit. He, however, purports to point out that initiation of proceedings is in 1988 and since then the plaintiffs have been kept back from the fruits of litigation being enjoyed by them in the event of they succeed. On the contrary matter is getting dragged on at the instance of defendants.

Plaintiffs have filed affidavit of their examination - in - chief and their cross examination has also been over and yet the matter is getting prolonged at the instance of defendants. He,
WP-7469-18.doc therefore, requests that trial court be directed to dispose of suit expeditiously.

In view of aforesaid, suit be proceeded with as expeditiously as possible and may be disposed of within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 4.
Writ petition is disposed of.
