PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This is an application seeking modification of the order passed by this Court on 3rd February, 2012. It is submitted that the applicants are not in a position to furnish the bank guarantee and as such, they are seeking permission to furnish solvent surety for the purpose of withdrawal of 50% of the amount, as directed by this Court earlier by furnishing a bank guarantee of a nationalized bank.
