The learned counsel Mr. Dande for the acquiring body pointed out that there are so many appeals fled by the acquiring body in respect of the same acquisition. Moreover, the respective claimants have also fled some appeals for enhancement of the compensation. As such, an administrative order will be required for clubbing all these appeals for simultaneous disposal. As such, stand over to 11.11.2022.
