Approval granted to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher is on permanent non grant basis. In that view of the matter, in view of the provisions of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Act, 1977, and Rules framed thereunder, respondent nos. 2 and 3 are directed to disburse the amount of salary of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
