The petitioners are claiming salaries including the arrears as trained graduate teachers in the wake of several decisions, ultimately culminating into forwarding of a proposal which has been resting with the Principal Secretary (exhibit 'H') since 28 February 2020.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent no. 3 - Additional Commissioner to take suitable steps in accordance with the directions received by him from respondent no. 2 - Commissioner, Tribal Development, dated 22.11.2018 (exhibit 'F') in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks.
