Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that, prima facie it appears from the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal that the Tribunal has awarded excess amount of compensation to the extent of Rs.4,00,000/- approximately.

In view of this, the claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine lacs only) in equal shares, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
