PER COURT :- In view of objection taken that there is an alternate statutory remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. Hence, this petition is disposed of.

I may record that the learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 4 seriously objects to the continuation of the interim order. However, I note that the interim order is in operation since 25.10.2018. Considering the nature of the dispute and the fact that the interim order is operating since long, I am rejecting the objection of the learned counsel for the respondents. The interim order, therefore shall stand continued for six weeks. Every contention in this petition and in rebuttal are kept open revision shall be decided on its own merit.
