Heard the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of all the parties. It is argued by the parties that the well situated in land Gut No.16 will not be disturbed while making access from gut No.16 and 17 in terms of the order passed by the Tahsildar dated 30/11/2014. 2.

Order dated 30/11/2014 passed by the Tahsildar is modified accordingly. This writ petition is disposed of with the above clarification. Pending civil application bearing No.5008 of 2020 stands disposed of.
