PER COURT :- 1.

After having heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned A.G.P., I deem it appropriate allow the applicants in these applications to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them and amount of compensation is decreased, they will redeposit the said amount within next two months thereafter.

The balance 25% amount be invested in any nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeals.

Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
