A contempt Petition has been filed in Writ Petition and now by CA No. 5868/2020, it is stated that there is delay in bringing the legal representatives of Respondent No.4 on record and, therefore, delay may be condoned and abatement, if any, be set aside. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for applicants. He is also convinced that legal heirs can not be brought on record of Contempt Petition. However, writ petition is still pending. Under such circumstance, CA No.5868/2020 would be treated only in respect of the Writ Petition and not in respect of the Contempt Petition.
