We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the applicants and Mr. Golegaonkar, learned Advocate for the non-applicant No.1.

On 9/7/2020, we had passed an order that the Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 18/7/2020 as the original writ petitioner was desirous to take admission in M. Tech. Course.

Difficulties are spelt out in the application for deciding

C.A. No.4873/2020 (( 2 )) the validation proceedings within the stipulated period. 4.

It also appears that, the non-applicant No.1 is exploring possibility of taking admission in M. Tech. Course and for the said purpose, validity is required.

We extend the time to decide the validation proceedings as directed by order dated 9/7/2020, passed in Writ Petition No.5206/2020, by four weeks from today. 6.

Civil Application is disposed of.
