DATE : AUGUST 13, 2020 PER COURT :- By way of present petition, the petitioner approaches this Court seeking disqualification of respondent no.4 for holding the post of Sarpanch. 2.

The petitioner approaches this Court within a month only, after filing disqualification proceedings against the respondent - authority. It appears that the Collector has issued notice of hearing to the parties in the said proceedings.

In the light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The matter is sub-judice

12-WPst.13185-2020 before the Collector. Though the matter is sub-judice before the Collector, a prayer is made seeking disqualification of respondent no.4. As the proceedings is pending before the Collector and the Collector would decide the same on its own merits, no further order is necessary.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
