A] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT 1] The present Civil Application is filed to permit the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants in this Court.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3] The learned counsel for the applicant has

produced order dated 13th June, 2023 passed in Civil Application No.6083 of 2023 in First Appeal No.2956 of 2022 wherein this Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire 75% amount deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon.

3] In view of the order passed by this Court in the connected matters, the present applicant is permitted to withdraw entire 75% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar [J.] of this Court. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

B] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR DELAY 1] The present Civil Application is filed to condone the delay of 1198 days in filing First Appeal. 2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. Civil Application is disposed of. C] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR STAY Since the appellant - acquiring body has deposited entire award amount, the ad-interim stay granted

earlier stands confirmed. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
