By an interim order dated 27.04.2023, we had permitted the Petitioner to appear for the exam provisionally and the result was subject to the decision in the Writ Petition.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. 3.

The learned advocate representing Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that as not a single candidate passed the the exam and as the Petitioner was permitted to attend the exam provisionally, no purpose would be served in continuing with this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
