The order passed by this Court dated 28/03/2022 indicates that the petitioner was present in the Court but had not argued the matter as his papers were misplaced. However, this Court had not accepted the reasons given by the petitioner and dismissed the petition. 2.

It is not open to this Court to recall the order dated 28/03/2022 and the petitioner is at liberty to take such remedy as may be available to him by approaching the appropriate forum to set aside the order passed by this Court.
