Issue notice to the respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr. Thombre, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent no.3. Mr. Dixit, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent no.6. Mr. Awasarmol, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent no.8. 2.

The present civil application is for amendment to the petition, which is stated to be in respect of the subsequent events. Though the learned Advocate Mr. Dixit for respondent no.6 has some objection, he may take those objections in the affidavit-inreply. However, the subsequent events can be brought on record

Amendment to be carried out within two days and the copy of the amended petition be given to the Court as well as to the other respondents on or before 14.06.2024.

The affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the respondents should be filed on or before 03.07.2024. The said duration will not be extended on any count. Copy of the same be given to the other side in advance.

Place the matter for further consideration on 08.07.2024.

Re-issue notice to respondent nos.5 and 7 on the fresh address that would be supplied within two days, to be made returnable on 08.07.2024.
