After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. Learned counsel, therefore, came around for withdrawal of the application with request to trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with such request to the trial Court. If trial could not concluded within the time frame, the applicant is at liberty to move afresh.
