Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By the present writ petition, the petitioners are challenging the interim order passed by the appellate authority i.e. the respondent No. 1 - Divisional Joint Registrar, refusing to grant stay to the order dated 27.12.2022 passed by the respondent No. 2 - District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 4 is the contesting party in the matter. Observations made in the matter would prejudicially effect the proceeding of appeal before the appellate authority. 4.

In view of the same, it is directed to the appellate authority to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible. During the pendency of the appeal, statusquo be maintained by the parties for the mutation entries in question.
