I have heard the learned advocate for both the sides as also the learned AGP for some time.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that since the respondent Nos. 3 objects to the jurisdiction of this Bench and the right of the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction, the petition may be transferred to the Principal Seat at Bombay where the Registered Office of the respondent No.3 situate. He, however, requests that the ad-interim relief granted on the first date 10.06.2021 may be extended so as to extend the petitioner some breathing time to take steps.

The learned advocates and the learned AGP for the other respondents strongly object to the extension of the ad-interim relief. 4.

Now that a specific objection as to the jurisdiction has been raised and that the petitioner is requesting for transferring the Writ Petition to the Principal Seat at Bombay, in my considered view, it would be appropriate to allow the matter to be transferred and the interim relief is extended in the meanwhile.
