The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his name is in the list of the candidates to be absorbed upon being declared surplus. According to the petitioner, as per the G.R. dated 12/18-5-2011 it is the respondent no.4, who ought to have been declared surplus. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for the respondent no.1 and submits that, such grievance can be dealt with by the Divisional Commissioner as per the G.R. dated 12/18-5-2011. 3.

In light of that, the petitioner may approach the Divisional Commissioner with his grievance. The Divisional Commissioner shall, after following the principles of natural justice Gajanan
