Heard Mr. Shelke, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. He would submit that in connected appeals, arising out of the same acquisition, this Court has been pleased to stay the award passed by the Reference Court on condition to deposit 75% amount of the award with the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon.

Considering the submissions, same course can be followed in present application. Hence, order.

O R D E R

Civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to condition that the applicant deposits 75% amount of the awarded amount alongwith accrued interest thereon within a period of Twelve (12) weeks from today. In case of failure aaa/-

stay application.odt to deposit the amount, interim stay shall stand vacated automatically and the claimants shall be entitled to execute the award passed by the Reference Court. Civil applications are disposed off.
