Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned counsel for respondent - original claimant.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants have challenged the impugned judgment and award passed by the 5th Joint Civil Judge, (S.D.), Aurangabad in L.A.R. No. 716/2006 dated 13/08/2013 on various grounds. Hence, requested to stay the order passed by the learned Reference Court.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that stay can be granted subject to deposit of the amount.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the impugned judgment and award is stayed till fnal disposal of the appeal.

Applicants shall deposit entire award amount within 12 weeks before this Court.
