The petitioner has filed an application for verification of his tribe claim with the respondent No. 2. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is a student and intends to appear for competitive examination, that may be held in the month of July, 2019. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a student, the respondent No. 2 shall endeavor to decide the proposal for verification of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
