It is submitted that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2003. 2] The learned counsel further submits that the vigilance is also conducted.

3] The respondents 3 and 4 though served none appeared for them.

4] The committee shall decide validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within 3 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 20/8/2019. The respondents 3 and 4 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that his tribe claim is pending.

5] The respondents 3 and 4 may take further course of action

6] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
