Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the application.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award.

Considering the peculiar set of facts of this case, the applicant is directed to deposit 50% of the amount as per the impugned judgment and award alongwith interest, within eight weeks from today. If the aforesaid amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the stay granted by this Court shall be deemed to be vacated. The application stands disposed of.
