DATE : AUGUST 13, 2020 PER COURT :- Mr.Jadhavar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that though validation certificate was issued to the father of the petitioners, the SubDivisional Officer has rejected the application of the petitioners for issuance of tribe certificate. Learned Counsel submits that respondent no.2 - Committee would not accept the appeal upto 31.08.2020.

Learned AGP, on instructions from the Officer of respondent no.2 - Committee, who is present in the

17-WPst.13202-2020 Court, states that the Committee will accept the appeal filed by the petitioners in physical form. 3.

The petitioners may file appeal by tomorrow i.e. 14.08.2020. In case the petitioners files an appeal by tomorrow i.e. 14.08.2020, respondent no.2 - Committee shall decide the same on its own merits on or before 28.08.2020. The petitioners may point out to the Committee about the validation certificate issued in favour of his father.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
