The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that this Writ Petition may be disposed off as the Petitioners intend to move specific proposals to Respondent No.3 for considering their cases for payment of crop insurance. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Insurance Company submits that these applications/ proposals will have to be routed through Respondent No.2, which has entire record as regards the loans taken by these Petitioners and the specific crops

*2* 902wp8472o18 for which the insurance cover has been drawn. The Bank will have to scrutinize such documents and thereafter, forward the proposals to the Insurance Company.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- (a) If the Petitioners tender their individual proposals for payment of crop insurance amounts to the bank, the due procedure laid down in law shall be followed. (b) If these applications/ proposals are to be routed through Respondent No.2/Bank, the Bank shall carryout proper verification exercise and those proposals with regard to such crops, which are insured with a specific insurance cover, would be forwarded to Respondent No.3, for it's decision. (c) If such applications/ proposals are filed by the Petitioners within 45 (forty five) days, the entire exercise is expected to be completed within 120 days, thereafter. 4.

The pending Civil Application would not survive and stands disposed off.
