The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.169 of 2023 registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offence punishable under Section 394, 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 25 of Indian Arms Act. However, Sections 395, 397 and 120-B were added subsequently.

Perused the papers. It is not in dispute that the major portion of the alleged amount snatched by the accused has been recovered. The swift dzire car in which the accused were travelling was owned by the present applicant. It has also been seized. Considering this fact, the investigation of the applicant

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Rahul Baliram Bhoi, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigating officer, till filing the charge sheet.
