The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Criminal Writ Petition No.624 of 2021 was filed for challenging the same F.I.R. as in Criminal Writ Petition No.55 of 2024. However, since the charge-sheet was filed during pendency of earlier petition, the subsequent petition i.e. Criminal Writ Petition No.55 of 2024 was filed for quashing of F.I.R. along with charge-

(( 2 )) 957-Cri-WP-55-2024+ sheet and issuance of process order. Hence, it appears that Criminal Writ Petition No.624 of 2021, has become infructuous. Therefore, the same stands disposed of.

The learned counsel for the petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.55 of 2024, undertakes to place on record copies of charge-sheet and annexures and furnish the same to the learned APP. 3.
