The learned A. G. P. and the learned counsel for the respondent/claimant are at consensus that in respect of the land acquired from the same gut number vide the same notification and for the same project this Court in First Appeal No. 325 of 1999 vide judgment dated 12th December, 2005 had granted compensation at the rate of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only) per acre i. e. Rs. 500/- per R. The compensation in the present matter is also awarded at the same rate by the Reference Court.
