The similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. The material investigation has been completed. The apprehension to maintain the law and order of the administration can be guarded by imposing certain conditions. Hence, the order:- i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicants Nos. (1) Lakhan Gulshan Bhat and (2) Bhikan Kalu Bhat, be released on bail, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.0091 of 2023 registered at Dharangaon Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 353, 332, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 7 of Criminal Law

51-BA-750-23.odt (Amendment) Act, 1983 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 read with Section 37(1) (3), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1959, on the conditions that they shall not enter their village for a year from the date of their release.
