On last occasion i.e. on 14.02.2025, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has made a statement that upon receiving information about death of the petitioner, he had sent a letter on the address of petitioner. It has returned with the remark that petitioner is no more. Therefore, he had sought time to take necessary steps. 2.

Today, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he is unable to establish contact with the legal heirs of deceased petitioner.
