Learned counsel for respondents-original claimants submits that the matter has already been settled amicably in the Lokadalat recently held on 09-12-2017. Learned AGP submits that he has no instructions about the same. He seeks time to get it verify from the authority concerned. Both the learned counsel for appellant and respondent shall verify about the settlement of dispute amicably in Lok-Adalat or take necessary steps to that effect in appeal till next date.
