We have briefly heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner-Management.

The petitioner has already preferred Writ Petition No.160/2020, raising the dispute of the 5th respondent being continued as In-charge Headmistress when the petitioner claims to have appointed Shri. Shaikh Sattar Aziz Sahab as the In-charge Headmaster. During the pendency of the said writ petition, in which this Court issued notice on 06/01/2020, the Education

5856.20wp (2) Officer passed the order on 06/07/2020, thereby granting approval to the appointment of respondent No.5.

As such, we do not find that the second petition filed by the Management could be entertained when it could raise the grievance as against the order dated 06/07/2020, in the pending Writ Petition No.160/2020.

As such, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a civil application for bringing the subsequent events on record and for challenging the order dated 06/07/2020, whose origin is in Writ Petition No.160/2020. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
