This application is for condonation of delay of 105 days caused in filing review application.

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. He relies upon the judgment in the case of Esha Bhattacharjee Vs. Managing

2 913-CA 5140-2025.odt Committee of Raghunathpur Nafar Academy and others reported in (2013) 12 SCC 649. He submits that, the applicant has to explain delay of each day starting from day one. No sufficient reason is shown. He thus opposes the application. 4.

However, considering that the present matter is in respect of valuable right of the present applicant in regard to the service benefits, this Court is inclined to allow the application. 5.
