The learned counsel for the appellant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. The learned counsel, however, submits that the evidence of the prosecutrix is recorded and the directions may be given to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the case. 2.

Leave granted.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Meanwhile, we have called the reports from the learned Judge of the trial court as to how much time the trial court would take for disposal of the case.

The learned Judge has informed to us that he would take 8 months of time to dispose of the case. Though there is a list of 40

2 964-CRI.APPEL-277-2021 prosecution witnesses, however, the prosecution has examined the prosecutrix and as such, all the other witnesses as per the list may not be necessary to be examined. Accordingly, we direct the trial court to decide the case as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of six months from the date of this order.
