Delay of 193 is caused in filing the present appeal by the appellant insurance company. It is stated that in seeking approval from the higher authorities and in making procedural compliances the time was consumed and that is the reason that the appeal could not be filed within the stipulated period of limitation. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the original claimants has opposed for condoning the delay, stating that the reasons assigned are insufficient. In the alternative the learned counsel has prayed for adequate cost.

For the reasons stated in the application which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil application stands disposed of.
