The learned counsel for the appellant/claimant Mr. Mayur Subhedar holding for Mr. C.V.Dharukrar along with appellant Nos. 1 to 5, learned counsel Mr. Mohit Deshmukh for respondent No.2 along with officer Mr. Yogesh Sonawane are present today.

With the assistance of the learned counsels, we have ascertained identification of the appellant No. 1 to 5 and the respondent No.2. They affirm the terms of settlement.

The learned counsels and the parties who are present have placed on record the terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X for identification.

As per the terms of settlement Exhibit-X, the respondent No.2 shall deposit an additional amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- ( Rupees Five Lakh only) towards the full and final settlement between the parties within the stipulated period as agreed between them. The same shall be treated as an undertaking. On depositing the amount, the appellant/claimant is permitted to withdraw the same.

The appellant shall pay the deficite court fees, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.

7.

The payment of deficite court fees, if any shall be the condition precedent to withdraw the amount 8.

The first appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement Exhib-X and present minutes of order.

9.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
