2] There are allegations made against two medical practitioners who are employees of respondent no.3 Trust. The learned Senior Counsel for respondent no.3 Trust stated that investigation and disciplinary inquiry is being conducted against the medical practitioners who are respondent nos. 4 and 5 here. In view of the affidavit of the trustees, he assured that all necessary action including civil and criminal would be taken against all delinquents.

3] In view of this, purpose of this petition is over. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
