Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for respondent no.1.

The applicants are praying for withdrawal of deposited amount on the ground that they are facing financial crises. The deceased was their son. They need the amount for their medical treatment and day today activities.

The learned counsel for respondent no.1 objected for withdrawal of amount.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the civil application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.11,00,000/- (Rs. Eleven Lakhs) subject to usual undertaking before the learned Registrar (Judicial).
