It is submitted that, after filing of Civil Application, the result of the petitioner of final year B.D.S. is declared. The petitioner prays to allow her to prosecute internship.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting her internship only on the ground that her tribe claim is invalidated. However, internship completion certificate, so also the degree certificate shall not be issued until further orders of this Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.
