Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Reason given under paragraph No. 13 of the civil application seeking withdrawal of the amount, is not in dispute. 3.

In the circumstances and looking at the age of the applicant and possible required expenses for her medical treatment, we deem it appropriate to allow the applicant to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- from the amount which is lying

{2} ca7651-19 in fixed deposit pursuant to orders of this court. 4.

Civil application, as such, is partly allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- from the amount lying in fixed deposit pursuant to orders of this court.
