Petitioners are praying for issuance of directions to the District Deputy Registrar, under Section 78 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, in respect of supersession of Managing Committee of Respondent No.3-Society.

It is not a matter of dispute that process of election for electing Managing Committee of Respondent No.3-Society is in progress and term of electing Managing Committee has already come to an end. In this view of the matter, directions, as sought for by petitioners, in the instant petition, need not be issued. It would be permissible for the petitioners to raise appropriate grievance at an appropriate stage, if permissible according to law. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
