DATE : 10/06/2019 PER COURT :
In the present matters the petitioners are seeking relief of regularisation so also are assailing advertisement. 2] The learned AGP raised preliminary objection that the regularisation is sought in respect of many of the petitioners from regions outside territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 3] As far as regularisation is concerned, this Court would entertain the petition in respect of the petitioners who are working within the territorial jurisdiction of this Bench. There are petitioners who are working at Nasik and in Vidarbha region. The petitioners will have to file those proceedings before appropriate forum. 4] At the request of the petitioners, we allow the petitioners to withdraw these petitions and grant them liberty to file petitions in respect of the same cause of action before appropriate forum and to approach before this Court in respect of the petitioners who are
working within territorial jurisdiction of this bench. 5] With the aforesaid observations and liberty, Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
