Heard. For the reasons stated in applications, the delay in filing first appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered. The Civil Applications for condonation of delay are accordingly allowed and disposed of.

Print dispensed with. Both the sides are heard. The learned Counsel for original claimant produced a copy of order made by this Court in First Appeal No.25721 of

( 2 ) ca8447.13 2013 with other connected matters made on 19.12.2013. 3.

This Court has gone through the order made by this Court in other appeals which are arisen out of the same group, same notification and same award. The market price fixed by the Reference Court for dry land Rs.36,000/- per acre is upheld by this Court. In the present case also dry land is involved and market price at the rate of Rs.36,000/- per acre is granted. 4.

In view of these circumstances and the decision given by this Court in the past, there are no merits in the appeals. The First Appeals are dismissed. 5.

In view of dismissal of the First Appeals, connected Civil Applications for stay do not survive and same stand disposed of.
