The petitioner assails the letter dated 20.03.2015. According to Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel for the petitioner, review which is purported to be filed is not maintainable at all. According to the learned counsel, judgment in appeal is delivered 10 years back. Respondents are bound to implement the same. The learned counsel relies on the communication dated 23.07.2013 to submit that the State has issued direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar not to file review of the orders of the Divisional Commissioner.

In case, the respondents chose to file review of the orders of the appellate authority, the petitioner will have every opportunity to oppose the same on the ground of maintainability so also delay. In case, respondents, within reasonable time from now, do not file review or fail to implement the order of the appellate authority, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail remedy to get the order of the appellate authority executed. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
