1] The caste status of the respondent no.4 is not at all objected by the petitioner. It has not been contended that the respondent no.4 does not belong to Mali caste either in the objection application tendered to the committee or in the memorandum of the writ petition.

2] The decision of the scrutiny committee refusing to entertain the objection application tendered by the petitioner cannot be said to be erroneous. The writ petition is devoid of substance and hence stands rejected.
