Heard learned Counsel for the applicants / original claimants as well as the learned A.G.P. Respondent No. 2 - Acquiring Body despite service, failed to appear. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 2207 days in fling the appeal which is caused due to fnancial crisis of the applicants. There is no serious oppose to this application. Therefore, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 2207 days stands condoned, subject to the condition that applicants / claimants shall not claim any interest for the said period of delay.
