Learned counsel appearing for respective parties have pointed out that in the connected matters arising out of the same land acquisition proceeding and from same village, this Court vide Judgment and order dated 9th December 2015

fa976.02 dismissed all the appeals, namely, First Appeal Nos. 222 of 2000, 343 of 2000, 344 of 2000, 971 of 2002, 972 of 2002, 973 of 2002, 974 of 2002 and 975 of 2002, filed by the State of Maharashtra.

Learned AGP fairly states that present appeal is covered by the said Judgment dated 9th December 2015 passed by this Court in above referred first appeals. 3.

In that view of the matter, I do not want deviate from the view taken in the Judgment dated 9th December 2015. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.

If any amount is lying in this Court deposited by the acquiring body, the same is permitted to be withdrawn by the claimant along with the interest, if any, accrued thereon. 6.
