In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik Division, Nashik, to decide the Appeal preferred by the petitioner bearing Appeal No.56 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of three months from today.
